Be Miserable!



There's a reason the old saying is "fat and happy." I find that when I'm nervous/anxious/upset I won't eat excessively, binge, or have a "cheat" day. Most people are emotional eaters in that they eat when they're done being upset and everything has calmed down. Don't let that happen to you!
