Cumin~ Aids In Digestion And Weight Loss

The spice cumin helps break down foods more efficiently and aids in digestion. Rich in Vitamin E, C and iron, Cumin activates salivation. Cumin's essential oils, magnesium and sodium can alleviate an upset stomach, and the fiber actually can act as a natural laxative. Add to soups, stews, chicken, pork dishes and even veggies.
