Don't forget to let your kids help. They have tons of energy and would love to help mommy and daddy with their workout. Let them help you design a just for fun workout, it could be a crazy dance, a slilly walk, or a outdoor spin of hide and seek, the beauty of it they helped, and you have a fun extra workout to burn extra calories and some great little coaches that will in most cases give you a hug, and say "Good Job."!

More Information:

It could be for 15 minutes in length, but if added to your normal workouts 2 times a week that is another half hour of fitness and lots of calories burned.
