Secrets of Success

Morning Blues

Some mornings I find it very hard to get out of bed to start my excercise, but I know that my whole day will go better if I start out with excercise rather than sleeping in. So I just repeat in my head over and over again "You'll feel better today if you excercise!" Some days it takes longer than other for this to finally kick my but out of bed- but it always works!

  • I just tell myself "If you do it this morning, you don't have to worry about it this evening!" It's worked wonderfully so far! emoticon - by SSCHUETZ1
  • You have more willpower than I do. The little guy in my head that says "You'll feel better"...I broke both his legs so he can't kick me out of bed. Never been a morning person so I workout in the afternoon. I do look up to you morning people though, some days I wish I could do that. emoticon - by BSNYDER918
