Protein takes a long time to digest, high-quality, lowfat protein, such as chicken, fish & egg whites, added to your meals, will help your body burn fat faster. Also do five minutes of exercise each morning to start your thermostat. Walk, jog in place, do pushups or some cardio. It's only 5 minutes daily.
