Exercise 60 Minute A Day To Lose Weight



I've been exercising aerobics and weight training 6-7 days a week for a month now. I've dropped 3-5 lbs. Also by eating a healthy diet (low sodium, lots of veggies, low carb, low sugar) helps.

  • You probably should have lost more than that by now for the amount of time that you have put in. I would mix it up, try other exercises. You may be replacing your fat with muscle... unless of course that is what you want. :-)
