  • Remember to take one or two days off from exercise a week. Your body and mind need time to recover and your workouts will be better for having some down time. emoticon - by CONRADBURK
  • this is a smart hint !! - by ZOEYBLU
  • With over 100 degree weather here for the past 30 days, I always find exercises to do indoors or very early in am. emoticon - by RUTHDEN1
  • I agree. We have to be smart about this. Some of us do not have an indoor facility to exercise in and don't have air conditioning. I speak for myself as one of those people. My daughter is doing a Bootcamp and when I found out her trainer had them running in the high 90's degree weather with high, high humidity, I was angry. MN lost a professional football player during training camp, several years ago. That is not smart. She was red faced/flushed for hours. She said an older woman told the PT flat out, she would NOT run outside and run steps with those conditions. In my opinion, this PT made a bad decision and should have thought this through. It's not worth a life, my 4 and 1 year old grandchildren, not to mention me and many others would have been lost without her! - by NDTEACHER1
