Secrets of Success

Peanut Butter-A-Holic

I am a peanut butter lover could eat it all the time :) Well I recently found PB2 which is a pressed peanut butter. It basically removes all of the oil leaving you with a powdered peanut butter that you add to dishes or favorite drink!!! Way less calories and still get the peanut butter flavor :) Their website also has lots of great recipes. PB2 only has 45 calories so this cuts about 150 calories compared to regular peanut butter emoticon

  • Fabulous! I need to find this product. I make my "snickers" protein shake with chocolate protein powder, sugar free carmel syrup (like is used in lattes) and peanut butter and thenn I FREEZE it in ice cube trays. 4 cubes (1 /3 of the shake) satisfies me when my family is having ice cream. Now with less calories from the peanut butter, I can enjoy it even more. Thanks for the tip! emoticon - by 90DAYCHALLENGE

  • I've known about this but I never think to look for it. I need to add it to my grocery list right now so I can check next time I am at Target. I thought I read that Trader Joe carried something similar. I"ll check there as well. - by MARYELLEN301

is the website to read about it and order or find other sites such as amazon to order it. It says it is available at target but I haven't made it to a target to check for it yet. Hope that helps emoticon - by SUPERMOM8482
  • I am also a PB-aholic. I live alone, and there is more than one night that supper has been PB and J or PB and marsh! I will certainly have to look for this! I like to add a glob of PB to chocolate pudding (or vanilla) and also add to cake batter. This would be ideal! - by PEDAL-PUSHER
