Go back to the basics! Start all over again. Pretend it is your first week. Plan your meals. Be vigilant about accurately tracking your food. Focus on your behavior. Be assured that the scale will reflect your efforts eventually.

  • Yes I am now where I am lost my first amount of weight I am down to where I have to really work at it. I go back to the basic of measuring every oz, tracking every bite to make sure I am still working at it as hard as when I started. some weeks no progress others yay! Just keep getting after it.
