Give a punch bowl an elegant (and functional) touch with this floating ice sculpture. Simply fill the cake pan with water (or nonalcoholic punch), freeze, and pop out before serving.

    This is especially nice if you add strawberry, or citrus slices (or some other pretty fruit). You could also do a juice of a contrasting color (ie. an apricot juice mold in a red punch). - by REVSERENA

    Making the frozen mold of the same non-alcoholic punch you're chilling will prevent your punch from being diluted with water as the mold melts. - by JXNCHICORY
