Size Really Does Matter...



The size of your plate matters. The smaller the plate, the more likely your portion size will be smaller.

The size of each piece of your meal makes the different too. If your piece of chicken is bigger, you will probably eat too much. But if your chicken is smaller, you'll have better portion control.

  • This tip has always done me good; I find that if I take a small plate and fill my meal with as many veggies as I possibly can, I feel like I'm eating a feast because my plate is almost overflowing with goodies, and I HAVE to keep meat portions small because there's no room otherwise! - by ANNIDAVISON
