Great Quick Breakfast!



It takes less than five (5) minutes to make this nutritious breakfast. Oats & water in microwave oven 2.5 minutes, while you cut up banana, put flax seed, and protein powder in a bowl, add cooked oatmeal. Delicious & Nutritious!!

More Information:

1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Country Oats
1 tbsp flax seed
2 tbsp protein powder
