Walk! Great News...



You don't have to walk case of bad weather, temperature is too hot, etc. All you need to do is to walk in place. My routine consists of walking 5 minutes every hour for the first week and then extending this to 2 more minutes until 10 minutes is reached.

You can walk more minutes but then you don't have too much time to do too much else!

I sometimes walk to Powwow music or rock and roll, etc. Occasionally classical!

  • When I started working out, this was what I did. Now, I added jumping jacks, jump rope (even without the rope) and any sort of jumping helps, too. - by NALAYB
  • I found that during cold nasty weather, I go 'grocery shopping', by starting at the door I go through the produce section and walk every isle in the City Market on Orchard Mesa, and may or may not buy but a couple of items, when I leave I have walked about 1600 ft, in a climate controlled environment, and nobody pays attention to someone just 'shopping', LOL. If you have a problem with the summer heat, you could go there too, and it's nice to visit with the help. - by SANDFLEA28
    I like the walking routine too. I just tried the Leslie Sansone Walk 2 Miles. It was great and only 32 minuets. Great!! - by FORME_NOW
