  • You must be careful about dilution of stomach acids and digestive enzymes, making it harder to digest the food you have eaten. Make sure if you drink your glass of water before a meal that you wait about 20-30 minutes before eating (and the same amount of time afterwards). A small amount of liquids (water or otherwise) drank during your meal is fine, just don't overdo it. - by ROSE21461

  • Good idea..@minkabonet - If you follow the recommended portions (1/2 plate fruits/veggies 1/4 carbs 1/4 meat) under eating should not be a problem. - by NMYHILL

  • I have added this to my meals also. I am raising my grand daughter. We both do this. before meals. and keep a 32 oz dink of water with us all the time. It has really helped us both with our journey.
