  • I have GREAT trouble with food cravings. I do soooo many things right, then throw in the towel, because I binge on processed carbs. The urge is HUGE! Your comment struck a cord with me.Is it possible to get my hormones back on track so the cravings aren't SO intense? Thanks - by AUTUMNHOPE
  • I found that very interesting as I have been insulin dependent for approximately 4 years now but only in the last 2 months when my insulin was changed have I begun to put on large amounts of tummy fat. I work out for about 45 mins to an hour six days a week and have always eaten sensibly so was worried that I was doing something wrong. Reading your article made me realise that its not down to anything I do. Thank you - by SULLY140203
