Eat Proper Meals, Organised Around Vegetables



I find it is so much easier to eat healthily throughout the day, if I sit down for a proper meal, that is based around a good serve of vegetables.
In summer, this would mean basing the meal on a lovely salad, and in winter making yummy low fat, high vegetable soups or even ratatouille.
You can then accompany that with a piece of wholemeal bread and a protein - cheese, lean meat or some peanut butter.
