Recent studies show that office workers should be getting up from their desks more frequently.

If you have upped your intake of water, you should be up more frequently for a bio break or to get more water, getting both exercise and water fulfilled!

    I usually drink between 64 and 100 ounces of water while I am at work. That sometimes means quite a few trips to the men's room. Definitely good for keeping hydrated and not staying seating for too long. - by SPARKYGONE
    I'm trying to get the water in too can't say that I have had a 100 ounces (phew...that's alot)....i am up in the middle of the night already 2-3x .and I like my bed so I am a bit out about so many i am trying to see if i can drink less after supper....anyways I know it's important and makes a difference overall for me...continued success! - by A_SPARKLING
