Just Do It



When you find yourself putting off your workout, challenge yourself to think of 3 valid reasons not to do it. It you can't then just GO as fast as you can before you can talk yourself out of it. You're not gonna turn back once in the car on the way to the gym.

    I used my own secret today! My dad offered to come for a hike with me. I was tired and wanted to wait till later but I couldn't think of 3 real reasons why not to do it NOW so I grabbed my boots and off I went. And we had a great walk too! - by AMZY68
