The 10 Minute Rule



My secret is that I exercise for a minimum of 10 minutes a day and if at the end of 10 minutes, I feel worse, I stop. If I don't feel worse, I keep going and I usually keep going.

Because of this rule, I've exercised every single day this year and yes, 3 times I only exercised for 10 minutes but I figure that 10 minutes is better than nothing.
