I keep pre-portioned snacks EVERYWHERE. In my desk at work, in my purse, and in my car. That way I'm never tempted to grab an unhealthy snack, I always have one within arms reach. emoticon

My go-to snacks include
1/2 ounce of almonds
Luna Bars
Fiber One Bars
1 serving of trail mix
fresh fruit

    I do this all the time, except just in my purse. Especially when I'm going to a friend's house and am going to spend the night. I bring a snack for that night, in case I'm hungry and a snack for the morning, so that I don't give in into eating fruit loops or something of the sort, but I'm not starving either.
