Weigh In Monday Mornings



If you need extra help being accountable over the weekend, schedule your weekly weigh-in for Monday morning. Knowing that you'll step on the scale at the start of the week can help you to stay accountable and be more aware of your weekend choices.

  • I do this as well. I am doing a weight loss challenge with some girl friends and we made weight in day Monday's to help us stay on track over weekends, it really works! - by KIMDONN
  • I totally agree, with the caveat that I like a day in between to even out the water weight from different eating that's not necessarily higher calorie eating.

    My "weekend" days are really Friday/Saturday, so I weigh in Monday. If I were on a more traditional schedule, I'd do Tuesday. There's no reason to be discouraged by a bunch of water. - by JACARD
