"Crunchy Sweet Treat"



I love crunchy and sweet! To satisfy that craving I put washed grapes in a single layer on a cookie sheet and freeze. Then put them in single servings in "snack size" plastic bags and put all of the bags in a thicker freezer bag. It's a great "go to" snack. 1 serving = 1 cup at 60 calories!

  • If you take sugar free jello (dry) take each grape and dip ithalf way or compleatly cover(while wet after washing)into the grains of dry jello then freeze.....they taste WONDERFUL....Flavors I like with grapes are lime,cherry,watermelon....Ta

    The grapes don't need to be separated before freezing. After they are washed, just put them in a freezer bag (you can even leave the stems on)and they separate easily when you are ready to use them. - by MARLAS3
