Good Rewards



When rewarding myself for reaching a goal, I try not to reward myself with food. It's a bad habit to get into because it can be such a slippery slope. Rewarding yourself with chocolate or fast food or something else unhealthy can undo the work you've done. Instead, choose something non-food related, like a pedicure, clothes, or a nice relaxing bubble bath. That way you are rewarded, but you aren't adding extra calories and/or fat!

  • When I've stuck to my workout plan for 4 weeks without fail I reward myself with a massage. Feels great and it motivates me to get the work done coz I know I'll have it to look forward to. emoticon - by CELLBELLS
