Portion Control: Weigh And Store Leftovers



Whenever I come home from dining out. I immediately weigh and measure the leftovers and store them in the fridge in portion controlled containers. This way when I go to eat them I know they are already the right amount and it keeps me from overeating. This also makes lunch for work quick and easy as I can just grab a container and go!

  • Great Idea. I kind of do this at subway. I pile my sub with veggies, no mayo or mustard and have them cut it into thirds instead of in half. Them I rap the other two portions seperatly and add mustard when I eat them that way they dont get soggy. I have lunch for 3 days this way and it only cost me $5...... - by COLDELJAX
