I should have followed my own advice the last 2 nights at 2:00am in the morning and drank water instead of milk and mac and cheese......... emoticon

    Good idea. I would never of thought of that. Thanks for the idea!! You'll get through it. Try a more filling snack before bed, either like some veggies or something healthy like that. Maybe it'll help. Then drink water if you wake up hungry. - by JERSEYGRL1985
