Drink Vegetable Juice



I have found drink 4 8 oz glasses of vegetable juice.I drink with every meal(breakfast, lunch, after snack, dinner, Dessert snack. You get your servings of veggies plus water and helps with dietary fiber.

    Didn't know anyone else did this but me. I also us it as a non-alcoholic drink by adding fresh lemon, Tabasco & mineral water take my drink to all parties. - by BRENSMITH1
