"Combating Cravings" "Keeping Blood Sugar Levels In Check"



Eating every two hours, as directed by my physician, stablizes my blood sugar levels.

A great snack for combating cravings, uping my protein and fiber intake is two Metamucil cookies spread w 1 teaspoon crunchy peanut butter on each cookie. & 8 oz water

More Information:

Cookies come in apple and cinnamon flavor.
Fiber aids w constipation I get because of prescribed iron pills.
Protein helps with energy levels.
Even my grand kids love this snack. (watch intake for kids and adults is different.)
