Going Slow



I have started my routine out slowly and then add to it when I start feeling that I am able to do it comfortably. I also take the stairs at work and add that to my daily activity.

  • I think you have made a great point. Start out slowly--but then add to what you are doing. I spent a month walking the stairs to the first floor of our building. Then, taking the elevator to the fourth floor. It is time to add a level and take the stairs to the second floor!! - by RAFFERM

    Some times we tend to overdo things when we first get started and then get bored as easily!
