  • It's true! I overdosed on Vitamin D last winter, when my chiropractor swore that I'd feel a million times better if I took a couple thousand mg's of it in supplement form. I know this is a hugely popular trend, but Vitamin D can throw off all kinds of body chemistry at high doses because it's stored in fat cells. I got really weird blood test results during my vitamin D blitz, and my physician told me to stop taking the supplement. Be warned! - by PUFFPASTRY
