Create A Timeline Not A Deadline



This is a Lifestyle, not a Race. Working hard at dietary changes & increased daily excercise for months, I've come to realize that my body loses weight at the rate of about 3+ lbs per MONTH. (the inches are a different story, I'm down 3 sizes so far!) This brings me to a 1-1/2 to 2-year time frame, allowing my body the time it needs to adjust & come to a healthy weight. That's OK! Don't "start over" ~ just don't quit! Feel happy and energetic *today*~the benefits begin now, not at a deadline.
