Earning Sparkpoints



There are days when I don't have the time to spend an hour+ on the computer taking care of Spark business. I always track nutrition and fitness, which accumulate points automatically, and then work on choices that give the most points: daily quiz (5 points) , huddles, articles (3 points). I leave the 1-pointers (schedule an appointment, web search, etc.) for last in case I run out of computer time.
