Everyone talks about goals they have set for themselves, but what about after the goal has been reached? The easy part is attaining your goal; the hard part is maintaining the new you. You work so hard to reach your peak, but have to work so much harder to avoid relapsing. It's a scary thought, but it happens to so many. Create a plan that will keep you going. Don't stop! If you find a reason to stop today, you will find another reason to stop tomorrow. KEEP...DIGGING...DEEP!!!
