Giving Up What You Don'T Even Really Want!



I found the more I thought about what I ordered in a restaurant I found I was injesting calories I didn't even want! The cheese & crouton on my french onion soup, or the cheesy bread and mayo on my roast beef sandwiches was not even what I wanted. By really examining my wants I was able to cut my lunch calories in HALF by getting exactly what I want!

  • That's so true! When I decided to eat clean and stay off of sugar and processed foods, then went back to eating "normally" I found I detested mayo, soda, potato chips, and Oreos! I was raised eating those things all the time! I would eat half or a whole avocado with mayo in the center! Or canned asparagus *gag* with mayo. I had to toss a container we used ONCE and it had expired! And Oreos, I buy them for my family who still ask for them and they last a heck of a lot longer because I'm not eating them and I'm making sure they r only taking their serving size. The rest r history in my house cause I just don't buy it. :D - by MAMMA3MONKEYS
