Consistency is the "secret" to weight loss success. For my journey, setting reasonable daily goals and sticking to them consistently has kept me steadily climbing toward my goal.

  • I can say that you have a great mindset and you are considered one of my motivators. I have an issue with consistency. I also procrastinate alot as well. What can I do to stick to my words?? - by MS_MITRA
    That's one of my biggest problems is consistency. I go to school and sometimes have free time and other times I am busy until time for bed. I'm trying to figure out some sort of schedule but school makes it hard. Your right though, if you can be consistent I think you will see greater results. - by WITCHMASTER
