Spice It Up!



Use Tabasco Sauce in lieu of salt. It adds a ton of flavor to your meal and 1 tsp has only 30mg of sodium.

If you don't like regular Tabasco sauce, try either Chipotle Tabasco (115mg/tsp) or Tabasco Green (140mg/tsp) which is milder.
