Make Everything Bite-Sized!



When I'm having something that isn't already bite sized (i.e. grapes, tangerines), I chop them up into bite sized pieces and put them on a plate. You'd be surprised how many more bites it takes to finish an apple or a banana this way, and the slower the eat, the quicker you get full!
