Secrets of Success

Visualize Your Morning

Mornings are not my best time of day. As a stay at home mom, I can flit away a few hours of the morning and then wonder where the time went. My new working plan is to plan my morning the night before. When I get into bed, I think about what I want to accomplish and then visualize myself performing my planned activities. This morning I was very slow moving. Because I had planned and visualized my morning, I accomplished my plan. Slowly, but I accomplished it all the same!

  • I really like this idea. I was recently laid off from my job and find it hard to get motivated in the morning now. I just developed a morning routine and check list that includes getting dressed and putting on my make-up. I check each task off as I finish it. - by OKEEFES1
