Find You Happy Place



We all get stressed and need to breath. Best way to do that is think of your Happy Place....Literally. We all have one place we love and are always happy at. Get a picture of that place and put it where you will need it the most, like desktop of your work computer. Then when you need that moment to breath, look at your happy place, take a deep breath, and you will feel much better. emoticon

  • I like the happy place idea. While driving to work I practice my breathing to clear my mind. Then I pray and talk to God what I'm greatful about. That starts my day in the right place. - by SUCCESS68
