Has anyone tried the kettlebells, I've been doing the Jillian Michaels shred it with wts for kettlebell its amazing and fun I love it

  • When I first started using kettlebells-- I used the same dvd. Jillian made me fall in love with them. Then I started taking muay thai kickboxing and a kettlebell class is included in the package.

    They doubled the weight I was using (went from 8lbs to 16lbs). I have NEVER hurt so good in my life lol - by LAYDEEQUE619

    I found a workout in a Prevention magazine. I started with that, but have added other movements that I found on the web. I do a 30-minute workout 3X/wk alternating one exercise with the kettlebells with another without (stretching, arm circles, or something with a stretchy strap) then back to a kettlebell move. I do cardio on an elliptical trainer on 3 other days at the Y. - by STORMY724
