Put Weight In A Back Pack



I have started hiking up hills everyday. I have lost significant weight so I decided to put 20 lbs in a back pack and wear it while hiking. I find this keeps me increasing my cardio as well as burning more calories. The added benefit is that everytime I pick up the backpack I realize the amount of weight I used to carry around on my body. I appreciate the weight lose even more. emoticon

    loved this idea - saw something similar on the Biggest Loser. My daughter weighs 40lb and loves piggy back rides. I want to lose 40lb. It makes me think just how much extra weight I am carrying around !!! When I carry my daughter it really hurts my back and knees - what motivation to lose the weight!!! - by DTALIKU2
