    Tracking everything (good or bad) has been very helpful for my mental focus and my sense of being in control of my intake. Plus, sometimes I've discovered that what I thought was "bad" really wasn't that bad after all and, conversely, that some supposedly "good" choices had hidden sodium or sugar or whatever. - by STLUCY622
