Tip To Track Your Water

This keeps me organized! To track my water, I got a water bottle that holds 2 c. of water. I put 4 hair elastics around the bottle. Everytime I refill the water bottle I slip off an elastic. When the elastics are gone, and the bottle is empty, I know I am done!!

More Information:

I would always forget how many times I had refilled my bottle, it also saves on using plastic water bottles!!

  • Yours is a good idea. I bought a plastic bottle that holds 4 cups, means only need to empty it & refill it one time each day. Yes, it does fit in the cup holders in the car so I can take it with me. - by FLAME42

  • I always draw marker lines on my bottle, then I forget if I wrote my last 8oz or not. By removing one of eight bands I will always be sure, because my count will be set in advance. Thanks! - by GALICIAD
