Dang Chocolate Cravings!



I will always want chocolate, and it's so unhealthy! I treat myself to chocolate every day without going over 100 calories. Take a sugar-free chocolate jell-o pudding cup, which is 60 calories. Dump it into a bowl with 3 tbsp LIGHT whipped cream and mix. Chocolate mousse! And not quite 100 calories!

    Your cravings will continue as long as you are putting artificial substances in you body which your liver was not made to break down those chemicals. If you love chocolate and need that occasional fix which I do too at times go to Trader Joe's or your local health food store and buy real 72% or higher Cacao Dark Chocolate. Now that is a fix does have nutritive value and is low in sugar. Enjoy! emoticon - by PCOLE1SMILE
    I love all types of chocolate, but agree with dark chocolate for those watching what they eat!

    One way to enjoy it, is to eat 1 ghiradelli square slowly with a banana.
    Eat one bite at a time.


    1/4 cup Chocolate chips with 3/4 cup of nuts.
