If You Are Craving Something Sweet...

Equal gum makes three flavors, Key Lime Pie, Strawberry Shortcake and Mint chocolate chip and they are great. If you want dessert, pop a piece of one of these flavors in your mouth and the craving will disappear. My fave is the key lime pie, yummy! And it lasts a long time too, by the time the flavor goes away you will be not feeling hungry anymore.

  • I haven't tries these yet, but I will. I do agree that chewing gum takes away the craving for something to eat or just that feeling of wants to chew/snack on something. Great tip!
