Never Give Up



When I weigh in for the week and the number on the scale isn't the one I wanted to see, I don't freak out over it, I don't beat myself up or decide to give up. Instead I take a good long look at myself in the mirror and find five things that I like about my body. Five things that I didn't like BEFORE I started eating and acting healthy and I remind myself that I'm happier than I've been in my life.

Keep your chin up, think of the positives. Don't give up, you're not that far gone. You're as strong as you think you are.
