  • Thanks for this!!! Im new and navigating the site....I have about a 30 lb wt lose goal, but my primary focus is to do things I like and enjoy...... and finding me in the process.... I am a nurse and work too many hrs and was getting tired and more and more moody. So far with Water, daily walks with my dog, and tracking my calories has given me alot of energy.....and Im only on day 3....cant wait to see what a year of this does.... - by PRIMAVERA_81
