Ice Cream

If I am in the mood for ice cream, I substitute with frozen cool whip. I add half of a banana or strawberries to it. You can also try it with the flavored cool whip. Low calorie and DELICIOUS! emoticon

  • That sounds like it could be good - I'll have to try sometime.
Also what is yummy is to create sorbet in a blender.
Just use some frozen fruit (strawberries or pineapple) and some low calorie yogurt with a tiny bit of lemon juice and whip up in a blender. So tasty. emoticon - by MITTENS70
  • Not the healthiest of solutions, but I bet it would do the trick when you just crave that sweetness. Thanks! emoticon - by RUBYSNANA
There are many healthy frozen yogurts on the market that are great substitutes for ice cream. At 100-120 calories for a 1/2 cup, it's just enough to quench the craving and still provides calcium and protein! - by PICKANYNAME
