Sticking With My Range



I try to input my food on SP before I eat dinner so I will know what I can eat. If I have overeaten during the day, then I snack at night. It works well for me.

  • I also do this after I eat my dinner so I know what I can have for a late night snack. It helps me out so much to NOT go over. Sometimes I even do this so I know what to have for dinner. - by DIANESMILES
