Track "Everything" In One Sitting



I too felt that SP was very time consuming so what I've learned to do is... do all of my tracking for the entire day in one sitting. Yep, everything - exercise, all meals, water, fruits/veges... everything. I even spend a little time reading an article, etc to build up a few more points. I do all of my daily tracking each morning. After entering my meals, I print out my "food report" and keep it with me all day. At the end of the day, I login again and make adjustments accordingly.
