A Great Way To Start Your Day



This may sound strange for breakfast, but it really is delicious and healthy! I put spinach, banana, little yogurt, and a little milk in a blender with some ice. It's delicious and an energy booster!

    I like things like that for breakfast. Here is another one.
    1/2 bunch parsley
    1/2 c blueberries
    1/2 inch piece of ginger
    1/4 inch of lemon piece (no seeds)
    1/2 C water

    Put this in the blender til smooth and creamy. This is even great for a pick me up in the afternoon! - by HLFDIME
